Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) will no longer absorb the $1 convenience fee for tickets to all sporting events sold online and at the gate via gofan.co.
Tickets that are $10 and less will include a $1 convenience fee while tickets that cost more than $10 will include the $1 convenience fee plus an additional 5% of the face value of the ticket.
Some schools use GoFan to collect fees and sell tickets for events such as plays, class dues and other activities. Contact the school directly to learn about convenience fees associated with activities outside of athletics.
The school system moved to an electronic ticketing process for sporting events in December 2023. To access the GoFan app, visit the Apple or Google app stores and search for GoFan. The site is available on desktops and laptops, as well. Visitors to the site can create an account to purchase tickets to CCPS and school events.
